TEAM COMPETITION:
There will be 20 teams - of which 14 will have four members and 6 will have five members. The number of members is not really relevant to the returns because it is all done on an average percentage basis. However, in order for the number 86 (PSL5 contestants) to work out, this is what had to be done.
There will be one league - The 2007A PSLT LEAGUE
There will be two conferences - The Gold Standard Conference and the Silver Bars Conference.
There will be 10 teams in each conference - 7 four-member teams and 3 five-member teams.
The season is 15 weeks long. Each team will play 12 regular season games (1 week each) - including games against all 9 of their conference opponents and 3 games against the other conference. At the end of 12 weeks, the top 4 teams in each conference will play off (seeds 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3). The winners will play each other in the conference championships in week 14 and then both conference champions will play in the PSLT Championship Game (Time and televised status to be announced).
