I think it's very good... same CEO (Ayaz Karimov), same country (Azerbaijan), Same business model (VOIP, long distance service)..

the last PR mentions "Results of operating subsidiary"
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070119/0205224.html but doesn't mention it by name, since it's just a subsidary now of Asia Telecom.

I really doubt that Ayaz Karimov has another totally separate company in the same country, with the same business model. This is the operating subsidiary mentioned in the PR.

email responses should confirm this, but common sense says this is it.

Stellford obviously was the reverse merger partner with the ATLJ shell back last year, and they are just now ramping up the public promotion phase. I look to be seeing more press out of these guys as they move forward.
