hey take a look at this... It's an SEC filing for Rostelecom

From that above report, Rostelecom 2005 revenues were ~40 Billion rubles. the 2005 average conversion was 28.29 rubles per US dollar, thus Rostelecom's 2005 revenues were ~ 1.4 Billion US dollars.
