cause the $2 offer was a complete fake, its happened many times in the past and I dont recall many if any of these tender offers actually occuring, its fine with me cause make $$$ off of it. Also there was a rumor floating around some 3 days before the news, so many knew it was coming already, the other problem in this mkt, news leaks.
