Most probably explanation why the stock is having such pressure on ASK at these days

7. Compensation payable


The total amount of compensations payable at April 30, 2006 and April 30, 2005 was $966,229 and $0 respectively. $960,000 will be paid upon the issuance of stock, and $6,229 is an accrual for vacation pay, sick pay and car allowance for the Company’s president, these will be paid upon use or on February 8, 2007 if not used.
