New Las Vegas Monorail to Increase Accessibility & Marketability of Mptv
Timeshare Units

IRVINE, Calif., Aug 27, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- MPTV, Inc. (MPTV, Trade),
an innovator in Timeshare Resort Development, today announced that Lake Trop
timeshare owners will be able to access an ultramodern monorail transit system
running along the famous Las Vegas Strip with a branch line planned to go along
Harmon Avenue to McCarran Airport.

The $650 million dollar Las Vegas Monorail Project is the first public transportation
system in the world to be funded entirely by the private sector. The Las Vegas
Monorail is scheduled to enter revenue service in early 2004. The system could carry
as many as 19 million passengers in its first year of operation. Starting from
Tropicana Avenue, in just 15 minutes, the monorail will move millions of
passengers along the Strip to Sahara Avenue. Passengers will avoid congested
strip traffic and have the choice of six casino stops along the way, as well as a stop
at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

we'll have an ultramodern monorail planned that will eventually take passengers
from Las Vegas' McCarran Airport, past the property on Harmon Avenue, connecting
to monorail along the Strip and on into downtown Las Vegas. Lake Trop property
owners will be able to reach the majority of the Strip's attractions in air-conditioned
comfort with ease. This is a great windfall for us. This $650 million project cannot
