Just got off the phone w/ MT in Panama - The whole council of the BoD, along with representatives from each region which make up Pan America Sociedad Anonima, plus attorneys, etc, have been at it for 10 hours today. They were eating as I spoke to him, and I could hear them in the background still at it.
The documents are prepared and will be loaded onto the Panamersa.com website as soon as possible.
Yes. ASAP means before 12AM tonight. lol
He seemed very excited about the decisions that they have come to, and said that shareholders would be happy with what they have accomplished. Obviously he cannot give me information that has not been made public, but he seemed confident that shareholders were going to be pleased with the decisions at which they had collectively arrived.
Due to the late hour he said that he intended to wait until market open to release a PR with all the details, but said they were in contact with the webmaster and that the documents would be loaded tonight.
I got fired up just listening to the tone of his voice. He was obviously tired, but you could tell he was excited too.
