GLXI - EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS. My Alias was born today because the "locusts" will come after me since I am or "was" one of them. CONFESSIONS OF A LOCUST:

I am writing this message as a very concerned shareholder. I read this board all the time, but never felt the need to post anything until now. I am only writing this because the endless pumping taking place here has got to stop. I think it is clear what is going on here. Several messages are starting to show up all over the internet. And they are very concerning to me. The fact that I cannot do any REAL DD on GLXI is starting to frighten me very much. I have heard enough of the "he said - they said" BS and I think others here are sick of it as well. There have been too many dates that have come and gone. There is no substance to anything this company PR's. They even make quotes that aren't attributed to anyone. I received this email below earlier off of a yahoo day traders site. I think EVERYONE needs to read it. PEOPLE need to understand the only thing holding this stock up is the fact that more and more of the same people are dumping their life savings into this "pyramid scheme". As one person comes in another one leaves. NO NEW MONEY IS COMING IN HERE GUYS. This company is going to dilute this down to nothing at any time. OR they will continue to sell private placement shares to unsuspecting investors or give more board seats to major shareholders so they dont "sell their stock". I think all of the questions below need to be answered because there is much too money at stake here to not answer these questions.

What does GLXI do?
So far all the company has claimed to do is "acquire ethanol", "acquire biomass conversion technology""acquire mineral rights". Mineral rights in Canada are very easy to acquire. There is no competetive bidding process and since 90% of land is government owned, almost always the rights are "leased". Anyone can map out a piece of land and claim mineral rights. In some provinces a license is not even needed. As far as the other things GLXI claims to do - once they hopped on the "uranium train" they never make mention of them again!! RED FLAG!!!!!!!

GLXI is very careful to rarely place a name on a quote in their PR's. They NEVER are specific enough for you to check them out.

Significant Dates come and go for GLXI all the time - there always seems to be an excuse for everything

Globex claims in a Jan. 25, 2007 PR they received "shareholder approval" for their Uranium acquisitions but they NEVER mention publicly prior to this any "vote" by shareholders. In July of 2006 Globex was pursuing "biomass conversion" and claimed its "goal is to capitalize on the rapid rise in the demand for ethanol". Now that Uranium is hot they are doing Uranium??? GLXI has over 10 paid promoters "pumping" their stock. Check out pinksheets.com NEWS and see all of the companies that are PAID by GLXI to promote them. GLXI also paid $3500 for their recent"market advisors researchreport". This is interesting to note since most "REAL" companies have "unbiased" reports written about them all the time. Why would a company have to "pay" for the report to be published???? HUGE RED FLAG!!!!!

Who is the REAL management of GLXI and how come they have taken so long to "unveil" their board of directors?? The two most recent members of the board are Mr. Jonathan Morrone and Mr. Craig A. Calaman - both two large shareholders that GLXI cannot afford to lose.
