Wait a second. Is that the same J. Michel De Montigny who was the CEO of the now defunct Gsi Technologies that elected Dr. Jean-Paul Cajolais to the board of Gsi? The same Jean Paul Cajolais that was on the board of Coastal Holdings with Cortellazzi when he was diluting the heck out of COHG? And the same Jean-Paul Cajolais that is now the owner of NewTrends Franchise Group Co. (NTFG) a Florida Corporation that Trimaxcapitalgroup has a financial licensing agreement with?? Maybe that is why they are moving down to Orlando?? These guys sure like to take care of THEMSELVES!!!!!!
