Edit: I see some of this is a repeat of what Clarity already dug up, but I'll leave this post anyway because it gives some info his doesn't.

I did a google search for that phone number (212-561-0762), and 3 different companies came up with no obvious connection between them. Maybe someone here sees the pattern:
