Message from Jim McBeth to all investors:

It has been necessary to refrac the well There were a few days of heavy rain. Therefore, results from well will be delayed till Monday at earliest.

Additionally, the second well has been prepared and is getting ready for drilling. Drilling on second well should begin within seven days.

Obviously this has been a trying time for everyone at HEMI and all are working as hard as possible.

In that light, Keith has respectfully asked that investors contact Jim McBeth for information.

Jim has added that Keith has been pretty straight out and trying to answer all the calls is not the best use of Keith’s time.

Jim has stated that this is all the information that he has and he won’t have any more till next week.
