I too contacted them a few weeks ago and received the following:

Bonjour Messieurs
Nous avons été retenue pour faire un projet avec eux (ALCARCHEMICAL) qui est exécuté a partir de nos bureau de Trois Rivières mais les details du projet nous devons demandé a eux pour avoir le droit de le publié.
Bien a vous.

It basically says they have been retained by Alcar for a project but are not at liberty to speak of further details as they don't have permission from Alcar to do so...

So...scratch 1 from your list...
