Hi UW,

The trades you see on the grays are actually matching trades...All or most trades on the grays are generally matching trades...The need for buyers and sellers are the guiding force..I figure most folks are in a holding mode and considering this is the bottom,very little loss at this point so they hold and wait.

The company is waiting on a market maker or makers to pick them up..The approval is out of their hands..The proper 15c has been filed and until the process has taken hold, we can only wait..

Once we get back to the higher exchange the new acquisition will give us a market cap of about $10 million and that equates into a share price of around .003 -.005.This pr was to come the day of the halt,but understandingly was pulled,but still according to the company a done deal on restricted shares.
