PPS Project
#1) ABER is 40% Owner of the Diavik Diamond Mine with 4 Mineable Pipes. It has 138M carats at average price of $62.00 for a grand total of $8,556,000,000 Gross Value of Mine. Minus the $1B for Mine start up and 27Mt of kimberlite at $51 cost per ton to process, gives us a $6,179,000,000 Net Value of Mine. Times the 40% Ownership gives ABER a $2,471,600,000 Net Ownership. Take the $2,471,600,000 Net Ownership divide by the 54,917,000 Outstanding Shares equals $45.01 Projected PPS and they are trading at $37.50 PPS and still climbing!

#2) Dia Met was 29% Owner of the Ekati Diamond Mine with 8 Mineable Pipes, they sold to BHP for $16 a share and had approximately 32,714,285 Outstanding Shares. Today the estimated gross value of the Ekati Diamond Mine is $7B with 42,424,242 carats at $165 per carat, but when Dia Met sold out the average price per carat was only $100 per carat, giving it a Gross Value at the time of sale of $4,242,424,200. Minus the $350M for Mine start up and 40.2Mt of kimberlite at $51 cost per ton to process (note could not find figure, but should be about the same as Diavik Diamond Mine), gives us $1,842,224,200 Net Value of Mine. Times the 29% Ownership gives Dia Met a $534,245,018 Net Ownership. Take the $534,245,018 Net Ownership divide by the 32,714,285 Outstanding Shares equals $16.33 Projected PPS and they sold at $16.01 PPS.
