I am in a very difficult situation not being able to say much. The 10k will explain no doubt, the irony of the situation is until bcit gets judgement not one of those persons who bought shares in bcit not supported by the capital growth and darbie buy in can become real shareholders, once judgement is in they become real shareholders as they will then have a real enforceable claim to get physical shares delivered to them physically. Until that is done they have in reality nothing. Have to hurt them to help them. Of course if successful in the judgement bcit since at that point it acquires a new set of shareholders it will have to be mindful of this in how it actually proceeds so as not to antagonize what could possibly be a new pool of capital.
best regards
thomas

Tom, can you comment on this new Lawsuit filed by Steinhorn? What will this mean for shareholders who bought this on the open market, particularly back in July 2005, before you ever PR'd anything about the fraudulent shares.
thanks,
