no matter what you hear on any given stock, they are all risky down here. anything can happen at anytime. like i said before, one PR , update or brokerages restricting online buying, mm's will take the advantage to slow it down. so they ,combined with panic sellers, quickly turn a party into a funeral. always be careful and take your profits to make ANY play less of a risk.

No I don't I think the certs have already been dumped and/or passed out to promoters. Don;t forget this stock was a huge stir long before anyone realized it was a possible system problem from illegal shares.
You have to identify who did it and then go after the shares through a court order. I do not believe the industry will let anyone do it any other way. I can show you many examples of problems when it has been tried this way but I do not know of one success.
Even Megas at BCIT ended up having to issue new shares to cover the illegal ones cooked up by Pino and his stock has never reopened. to this day. The only people who will come out in the end are those smart enough to get their money out if BHUB continues on this path. They do not have the money nor the influence to destroy firms. It has nothing to do with right or wrong. It has to do with whose court this game of B-Ball is on.
