2. Within 3 days it peaks at .05 for a 3200% run.
3. o/s 27 million, float unknown.
4. Mar.19, 2007 – Ihub poster spoke to management and says company is seeking reverse merger with a Chinese software co.

BUIG - (shell) I was finally able to speak to the president of the company late Friday. I had to get the phone number from their transfer agent via email as this is a new company without any readily available information.
This is what he told me:
BUIG is actively seeking a merger with a chinese company. They are currently looking at a Chinese software company with unaudited revenues of $32 mil. They are waiting for an audit to be done. If this merger doesn't take place they're looking at other chinese or vietnamese companies. After feb 18 restrictions in those countries were lifted making it easier for these type mergers to take place without as much involvement by the their governments.
BUIG/JACC was purchased from Douglas B. Theodore who had served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company since February 1999.
