MPTV Files Architectural Drawings With Clark County; - Preliminary Step to Getting
Building Permits

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV), an
innovator in Timeshare Resort Development, today announced that it has filed the
architectural drawings with Clark County, Nevada officials for its Phase I construction at
the Lake Trop property.

"This is a standard requirement to file these drawings in order to qualify for the building
permits for our Phase I renovations. We wanted to file these drawings now to avoid any
unnecessary delays in the permitting process. We are moving forward, in parallel, in both
closing the financing and getting the construction started," stated Mr. Hurley C. Reed,
