6 stocks to consider going into the summer:

ABMC: This stock has the potential to double, imo, as drud testing in the worklplace becomes more common. The political field will use drug abuse as a platform as we get closer to the real election debates for next year. 18% growth in the 4th quarter, which is usually flat, tells me they are on track for continued revenue growth. They are entering partnerships in the hospital admin field, which will add to the growth.

American Bio Medica Corporation develops, manufactures, and sells immunoassay diagnostic test kits for drugs of abuse in the United States, North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific Rim, and South America.
Market Cap (intraday): 22.15M

EPS (ttm): 0.01
Qtrly Revenue Growth (yoy): 17.80%

Float: 18.19M
% Held by Insiders4: 16.96%
% Held by Institutions4: 3.60%
Shares Short (as of 12-Mar-07)3: 82.13K

AID: This one has the potential of skyrocketing once the Smith & Wesson brand takes effect. Also, they have R&D’ed over 2 years a stun gun to compete with Taser, and I think the S&W agreement may be looking into that market. If they can grab 10% market shares of TASR (Revenue (ttm): 69.13M) it will nearly double the revenue stream for AID. Another note: The explosive detection kits are being sold to the U.S. Army for use in Afghanistan.

Law Enforcement Associates Corporation, through its subsidiary, Law Enforcement Associates, Inc., engages in the manufacture and distribution of surveillance and intelligence gathering products, and vehicle inspection equipment. Its products comprise a line of audio surveillance equipment, including radio frequency transmitters, receivers, and repeaters for use in surveillance and intelligence gathering operations by law enforcement agencies.

HDSN: With the wild weather swings, air conditioning and heating have hit extremes at times- these guys are the ones that keep it rolling, and I think the pps should appreciate 30%. A lot of companies backed off on maintenance the last couple years to control costs, and I think they are now looking at the maintenance as a problem that needs to be addressed (hence the current negative growth). Another factor could be, if the predicted hurricane season is extreme, their reclamation services could see some serious growth.

Hudson Technologies, Inc., through its subsidiary, Hudson Technologies Company, provides various refrigerant products and services primarily to the commercial air conditioning, industrial processing, and refrigeration systems in the United States. The company offers RefrigerantSide services, including system decontamination

MRY: This one isn’t widely followed, but does have an analysis covering. They predicted -.01 going into next quarter, so any positive should propel the pps upward, imo. The baby boomers are not getting younger, and dental costs are rising, so I think MRY is positioned to provide the tools the dentists need to support the growing demand. Recently beat up by losing market share of a major customer, but used proceeds to hammer away debt, that I think will show positively this summer.

Memry Corporation engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of products and components primarily for the medical device industry. It operates through two segments, Nitinol Products and Polymer Products.

PRVT: I recently bought this one, and think the adult entertainment arena in Europe will continue to grow, not to mention if they get some real penetration in the U.S. markets. These guys are moving away from traditional media (magazines and DVDs) and getting into streaming wireless content and “pay per view” through hotels and such. They have an extensive library, and plan to produce another 100+ films this year. During the dog days of summer, I think sales will increase, and a minimum 25% gain should be seen on the pps.

Private Media Group, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides adult media content for various media platforms.
Market Cap: 123.83M
P/E (ttm): 194.17
EPS (ttm): 0.01

TIII: 2006 was a year of transition for the company, as reflected in the 50% decline in growth as they switched from telcom services to Voip and broadband. They restructure without piling on debt, or losing profitibility. They also changed up the management team. I think the company is ready to grow now, look for modest gains throughout the year. Currently trades at half the P/E of the industry, and soon the institutions are going to realize it (especially since they are one of the few profitable companies in the sector).

TII Network Technologies, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the design, manufacture, and marketing of network interface devices (NIDs), gateways, and home networking products, as well as over-voltage surge protection and connectivity solutions for the communications industry primarily in the United States.
Market Cap: 29.67M
