Question for Shell masters (will post on multiple shell boards):

I have doing some serious digging tonight on David Stocker Shells. What I am curious about is on some of his shells:

1. BLFE,AQRO,PYXP,MGRI - Stocker files an 8-k and takes a average 60% control (issues usually 10 million + shares)of the shares.

2. SEQL,IMAI,FONM,POPM,VERD,CMFI,WMDL - Stocker files 15-12g.

3. AIHC - Stocker files a 15-12b.

4. MNET - Stocker files a 15-15d.

Does #1 usually happen after #2-#4 forms are filed? Looking at old filings of the #1 stocks, I do not see the forms that the #2-#4 stocks filed in those companies.

Thanks for any feedback.

PS - I am long AIHC, Stocker's lowest O/S shell(he does have 2 with o/s under 200,000 I am not counting).
