APOA. Spoke with Dr. Stahl today
Expect year end filing next week
No progress on lawsuit other than insurance carrier still trying to negotiate a settlement
Aquisition activity still in the the works but the lawsuit dampening the works.
Did confirm what I suspected though and why the lawsuit is affecting the aquisition activities. Dr. Stahl slipped with his frustration a bit... "Any company that would aquire us would have the lawsuit along with it."
