To all board members:

I have been in contact with the Support Group at Tradefreedom regarding online orders being placed on HVLN. They have informed me that the IDA (Investment Dealers Association of Canada) has released a report indicating sucpicious activity has been taking place across the industry to manipulate share prices of OTC share issuers. As such, they are placing an online restriction on the purchase and sale of all OTC securities (OTC, Pink, and Grey). Orders must be placed over the phone until further notice.
