Is it the same field claimed by SERG - - claimed by SAGA subsidiary PROMGEOTEK?? Orenburg location matches.

I'll have to look further, but I think one of these individuals (kuimov, kalmukov)is somehow affiliated with Buyatenergo (have to re-find some info). Makes me think of Belchenko (king of buryatiya).
