Dear Mr. xxxxxxxxx:

A petition was filed by creditors seeking to place Netco into involuntary bankruptcy. I have received service of the petition and am discussing the matter with advisors to determine how my office will handle the matter. The petitioners advised they feared that Corey Ribotsky would have additional shares issued to the detriment of shareholders. Involuntary bankruptcy could result in an independent trustee taking action against those involved in the massive fraud scheme.

I intend to issue a press release that will be available on pinksheets.com shortly. The press release will contain instructions for any person holding a claim to notify the bankruptcy court so that you are notified of deadlines for submitting a proof of claim.
