The Suspicions

What influences what? To what degree?
Facts, logic, events, or perspective views?
How much shadowed? How much is free?
People, religion, politics, or news?

Do we see what we see, or see what's told?
Do we hear what we hear, or hear what's seen?
How do we find out the lines in between?
Is it malice, or just someone who's bold?

Is the truth a lie, or just a bad joke?
Is a white lie a promise some will keep?
To what is the depth, and how deep is deep?
Is the truth always clear, or filled with smoke?

How much trust is on one's reputation?
Are we the beings of manipulation?

The SEC is the governing authority that controls all the information and the media for the stock market. A new severely new evil has developed to counter and yes, even mock the authority SEC. Cults of Internet consultants (stock manipulators) blatantly have increased their scorns, ridicule and well-written word on the internet.

Now it is special Internet DD sites, massive spamming e-mails, and combative chat and message board commandos spewing forth-convenient awry information. The Nazi’s that provide all the work for the lazy investor, unless something goes amiss then the small investor is on his own. The lazy investor sheepishly follows the well-written word and refuses. Lazy investors wont even take the time to read the SEC filings. The SEC filings are never good for the pumped up story of the promise land riches. Corporations have to disclose the good, the bad and most of all the risks in their filings. This is especially true in the riskiest realm of the market, penny stock companies. SEC filings can kill the pump (lie) and thus angers the cyber-stock runners, and/or the hired guns, (consultants).

A quote from Edward Bulwer Lytton, "The pen is mightier than the sword" is conveyed daily throughout the Internet. Oddly enough if you should do your own due diligence and are persistent you will be attacked by the sharpest of edges. Dare not to challenge the Internet’s written-word by being so arrogant to read the SEC filings. The "influence" does not want anyone to approach the filings but instead use every tactic to distract anyone away from the written word to the governing regulating agency. They realize the filings are the mightiest swords to cut through the twisted well-written word of the Internet cyber-Gods. Thus the righteous-war begins and just as vicious as the real world conflicts. The righteous cyber-disciples will come to dispute the words in the filings with all the devotion as expressed Matthew’s 10:33-34: "But whosoever shall deny me before men, him I will also deny before my father which is in heaven. I came, not to bring peace, but a sword". These Cyber-Gods merely bring a message in their well-written word, but if denied or disputed then the message quickly and ruthless turns into a sword. Where Jesus’ sword was a message of peace, these new found Cyber-Gods and disciples bring personal attacks, libel, and yes even threats against the cyber-infidels and their families.

Perspective views are all that matters to the Cyber-God’s written words, stock manipulators,. Facts, logic and events only downplay the lies if they should happen to counter the written-word. Responses to any such realistic information is met head on with hostility. Personal attacks and hatred in words rains forth worse than a thunderstorm. Squelching what information is supposed to be truth and reliable is not acceptable. Only the perspective view of the Internet is what people should take as the only real truth.

The posting of due diligence most of the time is fraught with shadowed realistic information. Convenient purposely-omitted syntax (POS) or purposely-added syntax (PAS) are the tactics that shadows the real information. Of course, the well-written word is free (in some cases) as a friendly gesture to help people make the right decision. Or could it be shadowed to get people to do what they are suppose to do by the Cyber-Gods well- written word. However, most have learned nothing is free and the cost of following false doctrine has left many a small investor robbed and disoriented.

Anything on the Internet is subject to falsehoods hidden well in the well-written word. Everything can be discredited without facts or even an underlying basis as part of the consideration. The Internet makes manipulation easier than the time it takes to conjure up a story. Of course, once the story is published the disciples are fearless under anonymous aliases. Why, because they can easily do it. There is no one to object, so the Internet is basically the circumstance governing body with self appointed judges and juries. Of course facts are not facts only the interpretation of the written word or impression management.

What is the truth in the well-written word of the Internet? Is it the SEC filings that can hold a company’s feet to the fire if they dare attempt to mislead the viewing public or are the hidden aliases perspective views? It has been well advertised the public is stupid and lazy so manipulation is easy. All that has to be done is make it well-written and the public will see exactly what it is told to see. Simply put the reader’s eyes become their ears. Can you really ignore the SEC filings?

The truth is hidden with in the internet well-written words and the SEC filings. Potential is the main item of focus for down the road in order to draw attention of long term buyers. Once the volume increases the short term merely scalps the stock knowing it will be years before the development will ever if at all show a profit. Most scalpers are associated with the well-written word and know better to believe it. The SEC filings clearly and definitively are the vessel to find out what really is hidden in between the lines.

The well-written word on the Internet should be considered a lie with an agenda to steal money from small investors unless proven different. The conduct of the Internet chat should be considered as the guideline to determine the truth based on the malice or boldness. Some write-ups merely convey the filings and have a supporting underlying basis of fact, event and/or logic laced with common sense. These rarely get into name-calling contest or making personal attacks. The malice that follows the challenging of a write-up by a clan that follows making bold threats or personal attacks are the ones to be skeptical of to the absolute degree.

After reading a well-written Internet opinion is the story conveyed a joke or just a lie. The supporting evidence will be in the SEC filings because though number may not tell the whole truth they flat out do not lie. Massive S8 filings, stock dilution laced repeatedly throughout nearly every section of the filing could mean the story is nothing more than a PUMP (Lie). At the end of the day if the small investor believes the story and did not review the SEC filings for a complete overview of the company the lie could be basically a bad joke on the small investor.,

How many times have promises of stock buybacks, or spin-offs, or dates of rollouts, or applying for a NASDAQ listing been delayed over and over again? Those little misleading tidbits of information that are promised but never seem to actually happen. Or the agreements and anticipated revenues that never seem to materialize? Are these nothing more than lies? Believing these little “carrots in front of the donkey” tidbits could be nothing more than optimistic lies! Especially if a year later they are still claiming an acquisition or rollout or listing or whatever is going to happen in the immediate future.

After reading a well-written story one should take the responsibility to verify and dig deep to confirm the story. The depth of a lie can be very well planted in a mass complexity of speculation. Some can be so well-written it actually has a cyber-halo glowing softly in its background. However, upon careful diligence and research the story can suddenly turn ugly as information is discovered in the cyber-abyss. The slightly altered information that can have a major impact on the investment so carefully overlooked or colored black but still red no matter how it is colored.

The truth is not always clear and readily available. The SEC filings are typically 45-90 days behind the current events. Once out to the public, the once thought pretty story suddenly turns into a nightmare as the investment goes up in smoke. Did the warning signs get conveniently overlooked, the risks downplayed, the actual facts misrepresented? Only takes once or twice getting into a smoke-screen investment to learn to look for clarity, facts and disclosure.

If you are going to trust the touted reputation of a Cyber-alias as the basis for making an investment, then just why not write a check directly to the cyber-alias? What someone stands for is character and is what someone falls for is reputation. Believing in someone else’s reputation could not be wise for your own reputation. Internet postings of solid character will be engrossed with integrity, honesty, clarity, and honor whereas, vagueness, indistinct communication, attackers, name-callers and craftiness are labels for those seeking a cyber-reputation and following.

Watch for the Internet posters that attempt to clearly and honestly speak the truth and openly invites others to examine it. The underlying basis will always be clear and kind at all times and under all circumstances. They bring forth their opinions and views and are often out in front of a an attack, regardless of who is following. Whereas, others are aiming for acceptance and therefore makes vague statements that can be interpreted in ways acceptable to the reader. They will boldly speak whatever truth when they know that those who are significant to them will applaud. Rarely, are these types leading the way until they fell assured that the disciples are headed that way.

If common sense is not applied to the Internet postings anyone can end up being a victim of manipulation.

Hey, this is my opinion and I could be wrong!
