VOIP-INTERFACE, about being real (NIBA)...

Talk about being real, I just got a phone call from Emily, the Executive Director of the NIBA. I asked her a series of questions. In short, she informed me that any of their already members are members because of being successful Investment Bankers with proven track records.

She said that a company’s proven track record of success from the amount of money made is what is used to determine if a member qualifies to be a member. She would not give me a certain amount of money, but since we are dealing with Investment Bankers, I would have to guess that the amounts would have to be large. IMHO

She stated that all of their members report to them their amounts made and those figures are placed into a bulk database. After asking, she told me that all of their members have contributed towards their 900 equity offerings totaling approximately $8.5 billion to include Appletree Capital. She could not tell me how much of a contribution was made by Appletree Capital.

She stated that these Investment Bankers that are their members are professional and give presentations not just to Institutions, but to many other large dollar corporations as investors. She explained how their members, whom are all Investment Bankers, generate Revenues and it was very much the same as I had indicated in the post I made below:

She also mentioned that these Investment Bankers already know what private companies are ready to be reversed merged into a shell to go public because of their success in knowing what private companies to invest into for getting the promised returns for their clients; the Institutions and other major investors.
