Recent Company who signed contract has written this Testimonial:


It has now been 2 years since we converted our fleet management
services to the FOLO system from ECN Holding in order to supervise
operations at our clients and to maximize our operators hours of
production for most of our mobile units (90).
This system allows us to track our vehicles in real time so we can in turn
dispatch our operators closest to the location of the service call, that
minimizes our traveling time therefore reducing our expenses.
This system also enables us to ensure all operations contained in our
clients’ service contracts are executed by our employees, because it
shows us all the activities related to the modules in each vehicle.
We were recently able to retrieve a stolen vehicle near Longueuil and we
were even able to show the police the whereabouts and itinerary of the
culprits which helped them solve other criminal activities perpetrated
during the same crime spree.
For our company, FOLO has accomplished:
- Standardization of our operations due to the knowledge acquired in real
time by our supervising personnel
- Increase in productivity
- Less complaints to our customer service
-Increase in sales contracts
Not to mention that the tracking system has been flawless since its
implementation.
We truly believe that the addition of this service has been most beneficial.
