Here is my take, I own the stock. Two factors solidified my decision to become a share holder. Opportunity and above average financial quality of the company.

1)The desire to become current on the SEC filings.
2)The qualitative substance and financial worth aspect presented by the Balance Sheet & the Financial Statements.
3)The financial condition of this pinky compared to others valued higher.
