If we close above 2110 (and since the Dow printed a new high, the chance have improved for that), we have a run to no more than that 2163, but we still have a decline after that through late February and at least early March. That may not get us much worth than the recent decline (which stopped just above 2000) before we then resume the advance to 2300/2390 area by early summer.
