The product is ok but
If they really wanted to go ballistic....
They would make a remote that only had the channels in REALLY BIG NUMBERS
Gave only the channels and sound features with a button on the wayyyyyy side of the remote that would allow me to flip back and fourth.
This would have two benefits
It would keep it simple..... yet allow me to drive my wife crazy

Just a thought
