see #msg-2873334, "by" a date means "before" not on that date plus minus two days. we ahve a solid two and a half weeks to complete a run to 2088, a minor retrench and then taking it out. In principle, it should take it out the first time with minor "hesitation (third time is the charmer, or as aj likes to say, no triple tops...)finally, MERQ is moving.... and BRCM has moved so much that I have to take it off here at $43, a nice $2.30...
