Morgan analysts. Shares of Lehman were down 10% in midday trades Tuesday on growing speculation the company will be forced to sell assets or take other measures to raise capital. Also, talk that Lehman Brothers could unload at least part of its investment-management unit heated up again on Tuesday following a new report that the investment bank has started sending out detailed information on the business to private-equity investors. Lehman Brothers is facing "another difficult quarter," said J.P. Morgan analysts, who lowered their profit forecasts.
