From talking to him and his staff, Cohn is in an upbeat mood and thinks they will be out shortly. The completion of the financials is up to the auditors. It may not be Cohn's fault, but it is his problem. A cfo could help get the auditors information while Cohn operates the business.
We still project $0.07 eps for the 4th quarter, with $0.13 eps for the previous 9 months. We have heard whispers of higher eps- but whatever numbers will come, ca sera, sera.
