matrixxx...yes in fact I'm quite business savvy...and yes my company did go down...and yes it was a company founded in the 1940's blue chip company through the 60's and slowly died it's death like many of those 'fortune' companies in the 2000's ...please don't show your ignorance....the point is these fortune companies do go down, have gone down, and will go down so they are not good examples to prove a point...

in this case the nature of the business is the better example....
