I can't remember a time when Frank actually "explained what had happened" after nothing materialized as promised,and in a self deprecating manner to boot!!!

I find this to be an exceedingly refreshing new development on its own merits!!! - Ron

I finally got an e-mail response this morning after asking about contracts and carriers and I made a snide remark about LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE JUMPING SHIP etc- in a not too considerate manner - I received the following response a few minutes ago - it is enough for me - I rather feel bad for my almost cynical e-mail now- I have removed my personal e-mail address of course

" I have signed contracts, but I have to obtain permission from the carriers. This involves planning advertising and putting our programming in TV guide, etc. No one dept. does this at any cable co.
