The EC breach of contract file was a hoax. It is a fake website that put this out. Some basher on the Raging Bull board started this hoax and a long called him/her out. A long investor did the checking, if you go to the EC news or website, there is no mention of a countersuit.
I personally believe that IBIZ will come out of this and get back on track with the Blue Dock and their other products just fine. Will it be the $1 stock a lot of folks hoped for, probably not, but I think there is still a chance for .15 to .20 cents next year, maybe. Based solely on their continued increase in sales with their new products, Blue Dock and Sat. FM Radio sales, that have been brisk. The VKB will then be bonus if that ever gets shipped.
