addendum to AXGR post

oh, what a tangled web we weave

this "deal" reminds me of the infamous FAZ and the "collaboration" by other scumbags in the CYTP/CYTL, MAJX/MJXX, IDGE, BUGS, et al cross promotions/insider sweetheart deals

in further review of documents/filings, one realizes the "connection" of AXGR/AXIA with NXIA, DFRC, et al.

but the coupe de grace [and a huge warning shot across the bow] is when reviewing AXGR's proposed "acquisition", Dr Crane, Inc's website

under, "a few of our friends" is listed...drum role please....American Fire Retardant...yep good ole massive dilution, multiple RS AMFR/AFRC/AFRT/AFRR

and in review of AXIA filings, the K filed on 4/14/03 indicated 200M AS, but magically, on the 5/21 Q the AS are now 1B

signature transfer [who is listed as their TA], when contacted yesterday, states they no longer represent AXIA??

at first glance, when reviewing recent PR's and filings, this "deal" sounds "encouraging"
the last Q states 2.7M OS, and the recent 8K "confirms" this with Regan owning "...79.65% of all issued and outstanding shares of common stock..."

yet yesterday 1 M traded?!

imo, look for a great deal of "activity" surrounding this security in the coming weeks
