Elton John's life is one of the most chronicled on the planet. Everything he does is newsworthy; everywhere he goes people seek him out. Here in the Life section we have built up a library of features about many aspects of Elton's life, and in these features we try to give you information and pictures that you will not find elsewhere. Books on Elton John
There is no way the phenominal life and musicianship of Elton John could go undocumented and unchronicled in published print. For it has been done several times over. From the superstar Seventies through the Eighties, to today, a number of books has been published that discuss nothing other than the icon that is Elton John. Some cover his entire life from birth to the year it was released, while other focus on some particular element of his existence. Nonetheless, the average Elton John fan should not feel discouraged when needing to find a biographical reference.
The entries listed below are several books that I have come across in my travels as a collector. Some are hardbound, some are softcover, and some are pocketsize paperbacks. In most cases, I have relayed a description of the book as it was printed on the back cover or overleaf, as well as detailed other facts of publication, in case you were interested to find a copy for yourself.
