Hello cmkx'rs. Just got back from the party. I'm tired but I wanted to comment shortly.

Although some people feel disapointed that there were no big suprises like 8% dividend, tender offer buy out and all that crap, it was still a very good party. And that is all it was was a party ucad's appreciation for gaining 42000 investors.

UCAD threw the party but it was mostly cmkx shareholders that were there. CMKX shareholders wanted answers but they didn't get them. D. Roger Glenn was at the park this afternoon with several investors trying to answer questions but could not and would not say anything. I was not there but was told that most of his responses were I can't comment on that due to the hault. No forward statements could be made about ucad or cmkx or any partner.

THIS IS A GOOD THING

If the Roger and company would have done anything different, then I would think it was a scam. As I said yesterday I met with Urban on Friday and met Jeff and crew I have a good feeling about the principals involved and that they are not only good people but they are after the same success that we all are.

People just have to have patients.

Although there was dissapointment at the end of the night it was a good party and the most interesting thing was after it was over I almost was going to go home but I didn't. I went to the bar to chat with the shareholders and 100% of the people I talked to said they are not selling and they really beleive in that the company will succeed. Most people beleive there is a huge short position.

Enough for tonight I will gather my thoughts and have more to say tomorrow.
