It is not whether or not I am pessimistic about this stock's potential. Only for the near term, say 6 months or so. I am also disappointed that the company sold 97 million more shares to pay expenses, and they have no money left over for ongoing bills. They will have to sell more shares to pay for this, it is a fact.
As for why I wrote my last statement, that is what a discussion board is for. I am stating my opinion. I do not ask for people to agree or disagree with me. I am not trying to scare the stock lower. I only try to make people realize that 358 million shares, no cash, and no profit, means this stock should not be going up, but instead should be going down.
Yes I have decided to sell my shares so that I can take the write-off on my taxes ($3000/year), but I also intend to buy back my shares when I feel the time is right. In order to use it as a write-off, I must wait 30 days before I can buy the shares again. For me it will probably be sometime in mid-January before I buy some back, but that is just me. Don't do something because I say to, and don't get mad at me for stating my opinions on a stock. That is what these boards are all about.
