~Industry related Articles...

Once people put the pieces together and see where the insurance industry is headed with safety in automobiles and the big boys seek out companies that are players with sensor technology, this stock explodes IMO.But then again, they may have found FLXT already?

~Some Product highlights/advantages...

Product Advantages:
Unlike its major competitors, the Bend Sensor® is self-contained and requires no mechanical components. This eliminates the noise normally associated with mechanical swiping and rubbing allowing for greater accuracy than with traditional rotary and linear pots. Furthermore, the Bend Sensor® is not prone to degradation through mechanical contact, so it has a longer life than many competing sensors. The longer life of components means fewer system breakdowns due to mechanical failure, so it is more reliable and less expensive to system operations.

Bend Sensors are easily sealed against harsh environmental conditions without added bulk and have a high temperature range tolerance making them very flexible in their application.

The Bend Sensor® reduces the dimensions of sensor devices by as much as 90%, leading to greater versatility in system design and tremendous cost-savings for the customer. Bend Sensor® is comparable in reliability and product life to competing devices which cost 100 times the price.

~Some notes from the filings A, B, C...

A)Nature of Operations - Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (the Company) is a development stage enterprise engaged principally in designing, engineering, and manufacturing sensor technology and equipment using flexible potentiometer technology. On February 24, 2004, the Company's plan of reorganization was confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Company emerged from bankruptcy

B)On February 24, 2004, the Bankruptcy Court confirmed the Company's plan of reorganization. The confirmed plan provided for the following:

Reverse Stock Split - The shares of common stock outstanding prior to the confirmation were reverse split on a 1-for-7 basis. All shares amounts are presented in the accompanying financial statements on a post-split basis.

*And here, some indication that at one point FLXT had been in a prior agreement with Delphi.I am wondering if their previous association has been rekindled.Delphi is quite a player in the automotive industry.Their safety products below seem to be in line of what FXLT has been trying to do with their technology...

C)Delphi Automotive Systems Supply Agreement - Flexpoint entered into a Purchase and Supply Agreement (the "Supply Agreement") with Delphi Automotive Systems ("Delphi") in June 1998. Under the terms of the Supply Agreement, the Company was to supply its proprietary sensor mats to Delphi for integration into a weight-based suppression system as a critical part of a smart air bag system. The Supply Agreement provided that such sensor mats were to be exclusively supplied to General Motors, through Delphi, by the Company through 2002. In May 2000, the Supply Agreement was amended, primarily providing for Delphi to make loan payments to the Company to be used directly for Delphi programs. As of December 31, 2000, the Company had received loan payments of $1,700,000 from Delphi.

*I believe if this company lands a contract with one of the Tier 1 companies in the automotive industry, the stock easily goes over $10.00.Of course this is just my opinion and your own Due Diligence and trading decisions are your own.

*Take notice that the company has been doing their filings and keeping them current. This leads me to believe they will be coming off the pink sheets at some point.

You own due diligence, A Must!!
