Here's some rough notes from Jim Tilton who is the CEO of PHXI that aired on dec. 2 on http://www.ceocast.com/

Started restructuring company a year ago. Now they are as Jim classifies a 'holding company'. They are trying to make investments in gaming with a slant towards thoroughbred's.

It took them aprox. 6 months to develop barn66.com and betbarn66.com where you can go wager, buy/sell horses and horse related items

Got approval from oregeon where the largest wagering house is located.

PHXI recently bid on race track in texas & oaklohoma (my comment: didn't sound like it was successful), looking at track acquisitions in states where alternative gaming has passed or is being talked about.

Wants to acquire a complementary land based race track

Wants to advertise in trade publications, daily racing forums to get traffic to barn66.com

Is looking at hosting online handicapping tournamnets on barn66.com to attract users

since wagering approval (2 weeks ago), they have been connecting back end of system to primary wagering system that AmericaTab has...95-96% complete, should start taking wagers next week online!

barn66 - site where people can wager on horses, buy/sell horses, combing the 2 is unique, will create lots of activity. Wants to roll out other things in this field (didn't say)

will receive roughly 4% of wagers (stated it could be quite lucrative)
will charge $50 for each horse listed to sell

growth target: increasing users

other area's they might focus on: actively looking for investment in a small race-track so they can have a summer meet. Wants to offer year long simulcasting at the track they acquire. Wants to eventually add slots, if state will allow it.

actively has 2 possibilites (couldn't say more)

Wants to update people on how their traffic is doing. Next quarter they could realistically acquire a racetrack!!!!
