ROBERT E. SHAW J.D.

With more than Fifty years of broad Legal, Business and Engineering experience Dr. Shaw is well qualified to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ERDLtd. Following graduation from Kansas State University in 1948 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he was first employed an Engineer by Phillips Petroleum Company http://www.phillips66.com in its Natural Gas and Gasoline Division in Oklahoma with assigments involving plant and pipeline design and construction; and subsequently in 1953, by Sohio Petroleum Company as a Senior Administrative Engineer with assignments involving Marketing of Natural Gas Liquids, Federal Regulatory matters pertaining to the sale of Natural Gas in Interstate Commerce and as the company's witness in testifying before the Federal Power Commission in Washington, D.C.

During the period of his employment with Sohio and by attending night classes, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1954 and a Doctorate of Law Degree in 1960 from Oklahoma City University. Upon finishing this academic work, he was employed by Tenneco Inc. as an Administrative Law Attorney and assigned to its corporate office in Washington, D.C. where he interfaced between the company and governmental agencies on regulatory matters and served as corporate Legal Counsel representing the company before various Federal Courts. Subsequently he was transferred to the company Headquarters office in Houston and as Corporate Attorney was assigned to the Legal Department of Tenneco Oil Co. where his portfolio included UCC regulations, employment matters, and contracts.

After more than ten years with Tenneco, Dr. Shaw changed employers and became a Senior Attorney for Mobil Oil http://www.mobil.com Corporation in Houston, Tx. Because of his administrative experience with governmental agencies, in 1975 he was appointed Manager of Governmental Relations and transferred to Sacramento, California to serve as Mobil's Registered Lobbyist to work with the California Legislature and various State agencies. In 1980 he left Mobil to join with another Lobbyist to form Krause Shaw, a Governmental Affairs consulting firm.

In 1984, Dr. Shaw left the Krause Shaw firm, obtained his Real Estate License and pursued various entrepreneurial activities in real estate sales, appraisals and land development, and became one of the founders of Geometra, Inc. a Land Development Company, serving as its Chairman of the Board of Directors, President, Secretary and Treasurer. This connection led to his co-founding GPERS Inc., a Nevada Corporation, which is engaged in developing a series of Tire Recycling Projects, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Secretary.

Dr. Shaw was admitted to the Bar of the State of Oklahoma in 1961. Currently he is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of The United States of America, The United States Circuit Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the Fifth and the Tenth Judicial Districts, The Federal District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and Courts of the States of Oklahoma, Texas and the District of Columbia. Also, he is a Senior Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma.



ALLAN SANFORD

President / CEO, ERDL

CEO/Managing Director of Hansen Publications Ltd., London, England. 60 employees. Responsibilities included sales, production of the product (music books/sheet music) of music groups like The Beatles and many other top musical groups. Allan set up a complete printing operation and created the first direct mail campaign in the music publishing business in the UK. Responsible for contracts with UK music groups as well as with music publishers on the European continent.

He was Executive Vice President, MPL Communications, Inc., http://www.mplcommunications.com/ New York City, Paul McCartney's US company. Responsible for production, sales and promotion of all of Paul's sheet music, music book and related products in all of the many worldwide offices holding licenses. In addition to increasing sales, his job was to insure graphics uniformity of all products with Paul's name on it coming out of approximately 30 overseas companies.

Supervisor, Graphics Department, Morgan Stanley http://www.morganstanley.com New York. Responsibilities included supervising creation and distribution of all sales materials and internal publications for all of Morgan Stanley's domestic and overseas offices. This was a 24/7 operation. The New York office had approximately 100 employees on 3 shifts. Allan was instrumental in converting the department to computer-based graphics production and cloning this in many of the overseas offices.

Owner of AgroCom International, which assists buyers and sellers of agricultural commodities to sell/purchase large quantities of wheat, corn, rice, soybeans and all internationally traded agricultural commodities. This entails detailed knowledge of contracts, Letters of Credit and banking and finance. He designed and created a website, www.agrocomintl.com that receives between 9,000 and 10,000 visits per month from worldwide trading companies.




JOSEPH R. CAVNESS

Vice President, Finance / Secretary and Treasurer


Joe is a CPA with a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas. He was the owner and President of The Saxon Group, a consulting firm in Sacramento, California, which specialized in corporate formations, trusts and taxation. He was previously a senior accountant for Price Waterhouse & Co. http://www.pwcglobal.com in New York City and Houston, Texas, with extensive experience in the oil and gas and banking industries. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of a national bank in Austin, Texas, was the Director of Accounting for the Public Utility Commission of Texas http://www.puc.state.tx.us/ , and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.




RODNEY B. BEYER

Vice President, Mining Operations

Rod's very extensive professional backround embraces many areas of expertise such as Chemical Physics (Rheology) Research, Materials Testing, Laboratory Technical Management, Equipment Design and Manufacture, Plant Design and Operational Management, and Precious Metals Refining and Minting.

He has acted as a consultant to U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD http://www.ih.navy.mil and Atlantic Research Corporation, Gainesville, VA. since 1993.

Authored textbook: Handbook of Advanced Methods in Physical and Mechanical Characterization of Solid Rocket Propellant.

Taught classes in rheology and laboratory methods.

Designed and manufactured laboratory test equipment, including an inexpensive dilatometer to measure volume change in propellant during traction, a cross-link density apparatus, and a tensile creep tester.

Developed methodology to track the aging behavior of solid motors using micromechanical testing and analysis.

Rod has worked in aerospace and commercial research, equipment design and manufacture for such organizations as Aurico Mining Co., Ford http://ford.com , Bacon, and Davis Constructors http://www.davisconstructors.com , Cetec Corporation, United Technologies http://www.utc.com , and Stanford Research Institute http://www.sri.com .

His educational backround consists of a M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Stanford University.

He is a member of many professional and honorary societies such as the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Society of Rheology.



WESLEY D. STEVENSON

Vice President, Project Coordination

Wes studied business economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his Bachelor degree in business from the University of Washington. After college, he went to work for Weyerhaeuser Timber Company http://www.weyerhaeuser.com in plywood production management. After several years, he accepted a job with a small lumber and plywood company, which owned over 45,000 acres of timberland. This company operated a logging operation, several sawmills and a plywood plant. Wes eventually became the operations manager and was responsible for all phases of production from timber purchasing to sales and was responsible for new plant design and product development within the business. During his time with this company, he was also involved in the development of office, retail and industrial complexes and hotel/motel properties.

When the ownership of the company changed, Wes started his own commercial fishing business in Alaska. He successfully operated this business for several years, until he sold it to spend time with his growing family. Since then, he has been developing and selling residential real estate in the Northwest.



THOMAS SWENSON

Legal Consultant

Tom has practiced law in the areas of patent law, business organization and finance, and commercial litigation. Before going to law school, Tom worked as a chemical engineer in various fields of industry and research, including phosphogypsum reactions, sterile water systems, wastewater treatment, and mathematical modeling.

SCOTT RAUTMANN

Vice President, Communications

Scott has extensive experience in management of computer science development and customer service arenas. He's worked both for start-ups and large corporations including Sun Microsystems http://www.sun.com and Control Data Corporation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Control_Data_Corporation . He studied electrical engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder and received his bachelor of science degree in business management and computer science from the University of Minnesota.

At Sun he held development management positions at Sun reporting to the General Manager of individual business units to ship hardware and software products. In his last position he was responsible for the worldwide licensee support of Sun Microsystem's Java language, managing the customer relationships and technical information flow to facilitate the expansion of Java into the market. His group designed and built the systems and web publishing processes enabling the first Java developer community to come into existence.

Scott is currently managing the development and business efforts of a start-up technology company focused on video tagging for professional sports analysis and information systems retrieval.
