ERDTF - update >>

Just received this email back from Allan Sanford, CEO of ERDTF.
Apparently they are not affiliated with either MLON, or PearlAsia in any way. MLON just owns 3MM of their shares now.

They are very close now to self funding actual operations on the Fire's Glow and Steely LLC properties.

They received great leaching assay results for Gold just last week.

Bottom line this isn't a lifeless company, as some have thought. It is being run more like a private company, that just happens to be public.

I see that in the 4/1/2004 press release that your company was contacting potential JV candidates to work the claims. Is there any progress you can report in that area?

WE DECIDED THAT WE WOULD PURSUE OTHER AVENUES IN ORDER TO SELF FUND THE MINING OPERATION. WE SEEM TO BE ON THE VERGE OF SUCCESS WITH THOSE EFFORTS.

Looking over your webpage, I see you and your officers have very accomplished backgrounds. Can you comment on the fact that given their records of accomplishments, and the size of the value of your claims, that the stock has just about never traded.

WE DON'T ACTIVELY PROMOTE THE STOCK AND DO NOT SELL OUR STOCK. OUR EFFORTS HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TOWARDS GETTING THE MONEY TO START A PILOT OPERATION. WE ARE ACTIVELY PURSUING ALL PERMITS, ETC., WHICH IS A TEDIOUS PROCESS. WE HAVE ALSO BEEN SUBJECTING OUR ORE TO VARIOUS ASSAY PROCESSES. LAST WEEK A LEACHING ASSAY SHOWED AT LEAST 1 1/2 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF GOLD (EXCLUSIVE OF OTHER PM'S) THAN SHOW UP IN THE AVERAGE, SUCCESSFUL GOLD MINE. THIS IS VERY HEARTENING NEWS.
