GM Deirdre Baker Announces Reorganization to Support BioShield's

Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BSTI) announced today that they have
reorganized the team to support overall cost reductions and operating expenses.
Ms. Baker stated, "We are aligning our manpower requirements and reducing our
operating expenses. The company now employs 5 fulltime employees and several
consultants in the areas of product registration, microbiology and financials,
and have changed to a distribution based model for our sales efforts which
employs many sales personnel. During the past several months, we have
implemented several cost cutting measures while increasing the efficiencies
within the organization that provide us the operational foundation to operate on
a much larger scale."
