(OTC Bulletin Board: BSTI) announces today that it received its new stock ticker symbol (IBCL) from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). The new symbol IBCL will commence trading upon the open of the market Monday, October 7th, 2002 and will replace the old symbol BSTI on Nasdaq's Over The Counter Market. "We look forward to setting a new direction for the company under our new name and trading symbol IBCL.
