just spoke to the company

didn't get too much information. here is a summary:

-asked about a reverse split, was told that is not in the plans.

- asked about share structure (o/s, a/s etc). the guy i spoke to didn't have it in front of him but said he would e-mail it to me. i will post it.

- asked about a move off the pinks and report financials. was told that they were not moving off the pinks in the next few weeks but it is their intention to get off the pinks and report financials

-asked if the company was concerned about the share price. was told they are working on things to bring it up- was told over the next 3-6 months we should see some things.

that was about it. not the most informative conversation but perhaps my questions weren't that great. i would suggest others to call and ask questions.
