Dan returned my phone call this AM, we spoke for about 1/2 hour. The skiershop will close soon, but he did not want to put a timeline on it again, it will be soon. At the time (same day or close) of the PR to announce skiershop closed, some form of unaudited finances will be released. Also to include or shortly after will include, share structure information, including some very exciting adjustments, not set in stone, but likely will occur. He plans on audited financials to follow that in a couple weeks or so. Again, they need the pps higher for phase II aquisitions. Thesubway is still in the loop and should come into play following the skiershop closing along with the other PR's that will follow that closing, including shares...I.E. any adjustment and or insider buys.
Dan was carefull what to say and how he said it. He referenced the "wager" senario of cass and met fame and would not like a repeat. He was not thrilled with the amount and content of e-mails following met's posts, cass was correct to not bring mention of it, as it was initiated by cass and was never taken seriously, just part of the conversation that day. I assume, in hindsite, cass wishes he had not mentioned that part of the conversation he had with Dan to met.
Dan is a good guy, building a nice bussiness. Good things are comming soon, if the few items he mentioned are announced, I'm certain they will be after skiershop closes, the pps will be heading up. The debt converstion was finished about a month ago. We had a nice easy talk and no topic was beyond discussion.
