NEW RULE: 25 cent: NEW RULE:

Bobwins, SSKILLZ1 and I all agree that you can pick a stock under 25 cents with the provision that it will be considered as being a 25 cent stock as of June 30th.

That way if a person had a stock that ended under 25 cents and they didn't make a change, they would still have the same stocks, but that stock would have a basis of 25 cents.

So, if you REALLY believe in a stock that is less than 25 cents and you are willing to give up price appreciation up front, you have that option.
