How many Airplanes is Viva planning on buying or leasing this year? "VIVA's plans are to acquire by lease purchase or outright purchase 9 to 11 aircraft by the end of calendar year 2003. Accordingly, VIVA will continue to search for 737-300's and 767's"

How many planes have they located? "VIVA has located 2 Super 727 aircraft in Miami that we intend to purchase. These craft require a "C" check and cosmetic renovations prior to transfer to a new license."

".....Auxer also announced that it has entered engaged Mojave Jet (a subsidiary of Cherokee Transportation Group, LLC) as a purchase agent to seek and procure 2 Boeing 747-200 aircraft to be purchased and delivered on or about March 15, 2003..."


Are they actively looking to ACQUIRE other airlines? " We will actively be looking to acquire carriers, licensing, and aircraft that will be consistent with our goals. We are presently looking for a United States licensed air carrier or certificate."

Have they offered a LOI for any carriers thus far? "VIVA offered a letter of intent to acquire Queen Air, Aeronaves Queen, S.A. (a Dominican Republic Corporation and air carrier). The announcement should have read that the letter of intent was to acquire 49% of Queen Air."

Does Viva have a relationship with Falcon? "Viva has contracted with Falcon Air Express of Miami to provide turnkey flight operations; and with Professional Aircraft Services, Inc. of Puerto Rico to provide professional ground services within The Islands and US mainland."

"VIVA is formalizing an agreement with Falcon Air Express of Miami that would broaden Falcon's participation with VIVA. Falcon is a fully licensed carrier that maintains a fleet of 9 jet aircraft. Scott said, "Our discussions with Falcon include expanding our relationship to include operational support involving pilots, mechanics and other support personnel. We will also be able to have Falcon assist us in training and development of personnel. Falcon is an excellent air carrier and we are excited about having them as a business partner. This alliance with Falcon allows us to move forward with our plan to provide flight service from San Juan, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico".

Does Viva have the money to accomplish these goals? " Viva has engaged Loan Star Investments of Dallas, Texas to assist the Company with equipment and other financing requirements."

Does Viva have a solid advertising campaign in place once the merger is complete to kick this thing into high gear? ”Viva has entered into a $500,000 advertising and promotion contract with Joseph Tausch Sr. and MPI of Miami to provide radio, television and print advertising which will concentrate on creating awareness and excitement for VIVA prior to its start of flight operations.”
